As you are reading this I am midway on a road trip through Japan! This trip was long in the making, and is my first big trip since 2018's Pacific Northwest USA Road Trip. I am full of glee and in anticipation to create a really big travel series of this blog, in order to share everything we will see. My plan is to travel from Tokyo to Hakone, for a relaxing onsen stay, then head to Kyoto and enjoy the shrines and history. Then it's off to Osaka, Nara, Hiroshima and for the big finale we'll head into Tokyo! It's a big 15-day trip that started with lots of hurdles, since we booked our tickets to Japan while the country was still in lockdown, and it opened up literally 10 days before our arrival! I hope to be back soon with lots of great images and stories.
